We ship orders out of our studio Monday to Friday using Royal Mail services. We only use signed for methods of posting to ensure we can track items if they become lost or delayed and offer our customers complete peace of mind to know their order is safe.

In the UK all our our orders are sent via first class signed for which requires a signature upon delivery. The flat rate for this is £2.95 no matter the size of order. We do not make a profit on postage.

For deliveries to the rest of the world we use international signed for which is an airmail based service and requires a signature on delivery to the recipient. International postage is a flat rate £7.50 no matter the size of order.

Please note as many of our items are handmade to order, processing of orders can sometimes take 3-4 working days depending on our level trade, for example during sales and seasonal periods. Generally your order will be dealt with as swiftly as possible as soon as it reaches us, but as we a a small independent business we feel that its fair to explain to customers how we deal with orders.
